On the 20th of September our transition year classes went on a 3 hour long bus journey to the Delphi resort centre to stay 3 days doing lots of different activities. when we first got there we were split up into two different groups to do our activities in. Then our first activities were to go surfing and doing the high ropes. The group I was in we did the high ropes first which was really good fun but was scary at times when we had to climb up onto a small wooden platform about a foot wide and in length where we had to get 4 people up onto which was hard enough but we also had to link arms and trust each other and lie back in which we were sure we were going to fall. The we went back to the main area where there was food that wasn't as bad as people had said it was going to be but it certainly wasn't brilliant. we ate it anyway and then we headed out after our break to the tunnels where it was again great fun but it was very dark inside and then to make it even harder for ourselves we decided that we would do it blindfolded. Then we wen back to the main area to eat where we got cookies before we went to bed The next morning we went on a hike 17km long that was very tiring and boring where we climbed up mountains and then back down mountains that were very wet and slippy coming down. then we were fed again and we all gathered around the campfire where we had a few laughs but were certainly not the most talented groups in terms of singing and playing instruments. After that we went back to the rooms , ate and went to sleep. The next morning our group went surfing and I thought it was definitely the best part of the whole trip. Overall I thought it was really good an really enjoyed it.
